I have always believed in self-care and have a strong desire to promote health and wellness. The human body never ceases to amaze me with its innate wisdom and desire to heal and achieve balance. I strive to create individualized massage sessions and treatment plans to best achieve each client's goals. I use many techniques including deep tissue, Swedish, sports massage and myofascial release. My practice is located in the heart of Fremont in the Seattle Performance Medicine clinic.
Education and Certification
I graduated from Cortiva Institute in 2010 and I am an active member of the American Massage Therapy Association (AMTA). I received a BA in Art and Art History from the University of Washington.

30 minutes = $4060 minutes = $7090 minutes = $90
Payment is due at time of service. Cash, check, Visa, Mastercard and American Express are accepted. I am a preferred provider with Premera Insurance.
